I hold an MSc degree in Exercise Physiology from Loughborough University (specialized in neuromuscular function), and a BSc degree in Physical Education and Sport Science, with a specialization in Athletic Jumps, from the University of Athens, Greece.

 

I am certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Track and Field Coach ”A Category” from the Hellenic Athletics Federation, EXOS Fitness Specialist and Sport Nutrition Specialist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition.

Currently, I am serving the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater as a Volunteer Track and Field Coach for short sprints as well as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the university. I also work in the university as a Research Scholar doing research on Human Performance and as a Teaching Associate for Kinesiology and Biomechanics.
